The past which we shared may not be profoundly good. The present is not for us. What about future? Do we have something which can bring us together again. Is their any string attached between us? .The plethora of movement and the silent shade of blue is still available for new beginning. The idea of getting more intense in the gel of two of us will remain empty. The bottom of writing indeed the all screen is blowing to be motivated and has been looking for your approval. Will you be able to do this? Lets not play ! let’s bring things to be more clear and considerably on a good note. I am not looking back I have you been in me from years . The time is looking that the two ties to be reunite in the way that the best moment is captured in end.

The past is settled in its own past, the future is uncertain and with full of anxiety .The Being in the moment stimulate all the thoughts, steal all the worries and eventually spark up the dopamine receptors. This is something I can actually feel true .But for how long? This is probably the moment which has abandon all the witlessness. All the supressing idea is leading to change its aspects after two years .The leading truth is now actually responding to the user and showing the real worth. The skepticisim have no place and the time is asking to see what it actually looks.

I am the believer I am the survival of the most unbelievable time. If I am not dreaming it is about the moment which give me momentum to celebrate the moment. Wish! It can show his presence again.
The idea of being realistic for the things is not visible due to the lack of origin. The origin is not traceable, and not good enough to believe it’s wonders. Either I believe or let it be ! possibility of getting new things will only be a delusion. All the missing information is intended solely on the turbulent themes. The digging holes from past is seeking my interest to give possible answers. All answers are susceptible to the change .I am not going anywhere .Believing everything happened for a reason. Hope! All the new beginning will find me one day.
The subtle equations is balancing by actual existence of identity. Let’s not go in the process. The process is quite ideal ,all I wish to be the part of it. I am happy you are actually waiting for the right time to prove the existence.
The rise and fall of take away thoughts always have some glimmering effect on the subtle equations of life .Wondering the glimmering effect which consist of a unknowing crowd of things leads to bettering the moment. The defined limits of elucidation of different perspective can bring profound change in the moment of giving up. The light of the evening sparkling around few cavernous idea. A light full of band blue colour is happening to be bold and beautiful. All good almighty things associated with it is cherishing the presence of the moment. The colour was getting more intense before the thundering strikes and all of sudden the deep dark light get over the all blue. The moment of joy is now become the moment of silence .This is the mysterious belief of my thought that all is changed but what actually happened is the ignorance of the actual dark. The dark which is always behind the blue from the beginning of the universe. The every new thing is turning to old in the every new second. So what is new and what is old? Everything offers subtle touch in the moment to feel the real it is. The real question is what we want to feel! .Does everything we feel is for real? This makes some sense when we start palming the moment in regards to see the actual existence of things .The togetherness of thoughts and the moment of silence brings some glimmer results and we start feeling. But what if it doesn’t happen ?Will it be right to take the things as it. Actually The limit of a moment is not visible due to its dichotomy. Even the silence brings different types of ideas but what we want to bring in picture is only we keep bumbling .Did I confused you what I am talking about? .The thing is very simple as whatever is new for us will not be new for everyone .And whatever we are seeing at first is not new things .There is a pattern which they are following from centuries.And because we don’t know the very beginning of things ,we cannot assure what we see is new .New things are just following old things pattern and this is a whole loop .To Identify the loop one should stop receiving all patterns what mind throws to you .Start picking everything as raw you just need to evolve your side in regards to find patterns which fits to the logic. This is not at all easy but keep moving the day will arrive when you reach the bottom line and live as a confused soul like me. Nothing is better than to be confuse when you know everyone has a theory to prove his part as real. So why don’t we put all things aside and start picking patterns.

Why people are looking for a purpose ? Why we need a purpose to live? Is people having a purpose are only entitled to live ?.Making a purpose to live is like you’re defining some limits of yourself. There are no such limits that Our consciousness can be limited to work in a particular domain. Some peoples Do the same thing Several times and Then they become addicted .And very few ones do a lot of things and never trapped in a habit of doing again. Usually Very few peoples in the world try new things everyday and learn . What is new and what is old is only defined on personal level of experience .A person who is mastering himself in a certain domain is not only preserving his boundary but also making a wall of imprisonment .May be someday if he wants to break the wall, to gain some new experience , chances are their he will fail. Some people have misconception that intellect can only rise by learning new things or by gaining new experience. Is this the motive of life? Where you will go by learning new things ,may be you become famous by writing Your experiences and people take your experiences as granted because this is happening in real. I don’t know what is the thing that human’s are actually seeking for. Actually people are fooling themselves by taking New purpose to live after Fulfilling of old purpose. Human ‘s are defining so many purpose and if you ask them are they complete! No! They are not because actually for living one should not define a definite purpose.The essence of living is to live only.People should learn the art of choosing right thing in a time most often the importance of that thing will not be same after time passes. Preserve your energy and Just don’t involve yourself too much in any random thing.Also you’re not here to master anything .Why are you giving the meaning for living .Do the thing which are important in a time. And if you don’t want to indulge yourself in any work then sit calmly and watch your surrounding without any reaction. Are you living with your choice or someone else choice?. What things I am craving for, when everything is inside me?. What is I am looking for when nothing can complete me. I am not living with a purpose, I am not living with hopes, I have no Battle to win today. Do I have lost everything or this is a New start. Some questions are still not easy for me to answer. Now my hands are on complete reality. I am not facing it with trouble, but sometimes it feels like I am on a battle ground with no weapons. No Place to escape. No replacement of thoughts. I am just watching everything on a new scale.
To find peace in my thoughts is a dream for me. I wish one day I can actually manifest my peace in my own way. What if the peace comes with uncertainty?. What if the peace makes me more unstable?. Actually peace is quite complex and confusing for me. I don’t know do I have ever feel the peace or I was misunderstood by the state of mind. People says my thoughts will stop on the day when i will achieve absolute bliss. Really! Do people never get thoughts on achieving bliss or do they ignore them?. For me this can only happen when I’m dead. From last 1 month I have lost my hands on reality . I think I am floating on two realities which is quite complex for me to understand right now. Indeed ! Each time Reality seems to be too far too close for me.
I cannot live like this. How can i brought all those past memories again?. Sorry you can’t. The memories that you have lived will never come back. Okay! But I don’t want my life like this. Why? .Because I can’t live my whole life in the past memories. So what happened?. You can make memories everyday. No! People says Questioning about things every time doesn’t make sense . Some things are need to be accepted as it feels. Hey! But these are the things which I cannot feel .So what! you have to pretend that you are feeling the same as others have felt. Okay! But how much you believe that it is real as you are seeing! Don’t worry! someone must have checked it while passing on. Who?. I don’t know .Find it by yourself. Fuck! All this shit is going inside me. Wake up this is awakening .No this is a dream. Oh! how?. Do you watch your thoughts or your thoughts watch you. Which is true? Hey! Both are true at a time. How this can be possible? Yes It depends on how well you’re observing them. Now whenever you are acquiring random thoughts. At this time you should be more aware of them and write down all those things you’re feeling . Also see and write which are the changes required. Simply eliminate those things which you don’t want in your dream. Once you are done with this try to dream all the things which you have written .So just keep editing your words and keep dreaming .One day you will going to feel that you and your thoughts both are Giving life to the dream which you are craving to live. But how it proves that your thoughts are watching you? A perfect observation will give you the answer just keep in touch with your thoughts of all time.
A thought keeps me alive until I want to live in it. I don’t know what is bothering me to share it with others. Why he is choosing me always to feel unusual things?. Love may well be one of the most studied, but least understood behaviours. More than 20 years ago, the biological anthropologist Helen Fisher studied 166 societies and found evidence of romantic love the kind that leaves one breathless and euphoric in 147 of them.
REWARDING OURSELVES WITH LOVE
In 2005, Fisher led a research team that published a groundbreaking study that included the first functional MRI (fMRI) images of the brains of individuals in the throes of romantic love. Her team analyzed 2500 scans of college students who viewed pictures of someone special to them and compared the scans to ones taken when the students looked at the pictures of acquaintances. Photos of people they romantically loved caused the participant’s brains to become active in regions rich with dopamine, the so-called feel-good neurotransmitter. Two of the brains regions that showed activity in the fMRI scans were the caudate nucleus a region associated with reward detection and expectation and the integration of sensory experiences into social behaviour and the ventral tegmental area, which is associated with pleasure, focused attention, and the motivation to pursue and acquire rewards.
The ventral tegmental area is part of what is known as the brain’s reward circuit. some of the other structures that contribute the reward circuit the amygdala, the hippocampus, and the prefrontal cortex are exceptionally sensitive to behaviour that includes pleasures such as sex, food consumption, and drug use.
When we are falling in love, chemicals associated with reward circuit flood our brain, producing a variety of physical and emotional responses such as racing hearts, sweaty palms, flushed cheeks, feelings of passion and anxiety. Levels of the stress hormone cortisol increase during the initial phase of romantic love, marshalling our bodies to cope with the ”crisis ” at hand. As cortisol level rise, levels of the neurotransmitter serotonin precipitate which is described as the ”intrusive”, maddeningly preoccupying thoughts, hopes, terrors of early love” the obsessive-compulsive behaviours associated with infatuation.
Being lovestruck also releases high levels of dopamine, a chemical that ”gets the reward system going ”. Dopamine activates the reward circuit, helping to make love a pleasurable experience similar to the euphoria associated with the use of cocaine or alcohol.
Other chemicals at work during romantic love are oxytocin and vasopressin, hormones that have roles in pregnancy, nursing and mother-infant attachment. Released during sex and heightened by skin to skin contact, oxytocin deepens feelings of attachment and makes couples feel closer to one another after having sex. Oxytocin, known also the love hormone, provokes feelings of contentment, calmness, and security, which are often associated with mate bonding. Vasopressin is linked to behaviour that produces long term, monogamous relationships. The differences in behaviour associated with the actions of two hormones may explain why passionate love fades as attachment grows.
In addition to the positive feelings romance brings, love also deactivates the neural pathway responsible for negative emotions, such as fear and social judgement. These positive and negative feelings involve two neurological pathways. The one linked with positive emotions connects the prefrontal cortex to the nucleus accumbens, while the other, which is linked with negative emotions, connect the nucleus accumbens to the amygdala. When we are engaged in romantic love, the neural machinery responsible for making critical assessments of other people, including assessments of other people, including assessments of those with whom we are romantically involved, shut down. ”That’s the neural basis for the ancient wisdom ‘love is blind’ ”.
If love lasts, this roller coaster of emotions, and sometimes, angst, calms within one or two years .”The passion is still there, but the stress of it is gone”. cortisol and serotonin levels return to normal. Love, which began as a stressor to our brains and bodies, at least, becomes a buffer against stress. Brain areas associated with reward and pleasure are still activated as loving relationships proceed, but the constant craving and desire that are inherent in romantic love often lessen.
Many theories of love propose that there is an inevitable change over time from passionate love to what is typically called compassionate love, a love that is deep but not as euphoric as that experienced during the early stages of romance. That does not, however, mean that the spark of romance is quenched for long-married couples.
As a 2011 study conducted at stony brook university in New York state found that it is possible to be madly in love with someone after decades of marriage. The research team, which included Fisher, performed MRI scans on couples who had been married an average of 21 years. They found the same intensity of activity in dopamine rich areas of the brains as found in the brains of couples who were newly in love. The study suggested that the excitement of romance can remain while the apprehension is lost.
For those whose long -term marriage has transitioned from passionate, romantic love to a more compassionate, routine type of love. Now it is possible to rekindle the flame that characterized the relationships early days. This is called as the ”rustiness phenomenon”.couples get out of the habit of sex, of being incredibly in love, and often for good reasons: work, children, a sick parent. But that type of love can be reignited”. sexual activity, for example, can increase oxytocin levels and activate the brain’s reward circuit, making couples desire each other.
This alone may be enough to bring some couples back to those earlier, exhilarating days when all they could think about was their newfound love.
Are you ready to take a challenge? I want you to make a list of all the things that you have done right today. Go ahead, pull out a blank piece of paper and start writing everything where you did and behaved as you wanted to.
After completing this now list the opposite.On the other side of the paper list of the things where you did not do what you asked to do and misbehaved times when you felt annoyed, upset or aggravated.
For those of you reluctant to take the extra step of actually making the list, I guarantee you that making this little effort will have greater impact and help your learning.
Our brain is a feedback loop system. In fact, it isn’t just the brain that is a feedback loop system .Every system and cell in our body is a feedback loop system. For the purpose of understanding life on a Grand level, let’s elaborate the implications of this loop.
The human brain is a negative feedback loop systems. This means that whenever there is a difference between what a person experiences in reality that is different from the ideal set-point established by this person’s brain, an urge to behave to correct the situation is created by the brain. For example, you are sitting in a room whose temperature is at ideal set point, suddenly temperature dips below the ideal. Now, what you will do? very simple, you will take action to correct the situation and re-establish the environment to match the comfortable room temperature setpoint established earlier. So this all happens due to the signal generated by the brain gives you that what you want does not match what you are getting.
The important point to understand is that your brain is set up to notice what is wrong, to notice the exceptions, the mismatches, the painful areas that are out of order. It is the mismatch between what you want and what you are getting that creates the signal for you to take action.
Your brain does not notice when what you want matches what are you getting. You don’t pay attention to. Because there is no signal generated by your brain, you aren’t even aware of it.
There are exceptions. When you finally get what you want after being out of balance for an extended time, The relief of the match feels wonderful. Remember the joy and relief you have felt when you finally get food after starving for a long period of time? This match is a relief and is very much part of your awareness and gratitude.
But are you aware of the temperature in the room you are in right now? If you are too cold or too warm, then you probably are aware of it. But if you’re in a comfortable room, you haven’t even noticed the temperature. Your brain functions to bring you awareness and action to situations when there is a mismatch not when there is comfort, satisfaction, and a match.
At the very beginning of this writing, I asked you to list the delightful matches between what you wanted and what you were getting from your surrounding. I also asked you to list the mismatches that what you wanted from yourself was different from what you were getting. Which of these lists was easier for you to make? if you’re like most people, the mismatches were quicker and easier for you to identify than the matches. why? Because the biology of our brain is a negative feedback loop, giving us feedback and urging us to behave when we are not getting what we want.
with this powerful information, you can make dramatic changes. For the next week, start paying attention to all of the ways that life is working out for you.
Is this life real? Is everything in our life is an illusion? How do we know that we are not hallucinating it all?. Actually we can never prove that we’re not all hallucinating, or simply living in a computer simulation. But that doesn’t mean we believe that we are. ”How do we know that the stuff we see around us in the real stuff of which the universe is made? That’s the worry about the holographic principle, for example -Maybe the three -dimensional space we seem to live is in actually a projection of some underlying two-dimensional reality. Quantum physicists are discovering facts about the world that we would never have thought to be possible.
The scientific research that has taken place in the last few years are as significant to our understanding of reality as Copernicus’s outline of the solar system. The problem? Many of us simply do not understand quantum physics. And this all began roughly a hundred years ago, when physicists began challenging the assumption that the physical space and universe that see around us is actually ”real”.Scientists decided that to prove that reality was not, in fact, simply an illusion, they had to discover the ”point particle”, and this would be accomplished with innovations like the Large Hadron collider. This machine was initially built to smash particles into one another, and this is where they made the greatest discovery: THE PHYSICAL WORLD IS NOT AS PHYSICAL AS WE REALLY BELIEVE. Reality is an illusion as we see it and everything around us is just energy.
How reality is just energy? we think of the atom as an organized group of electrons and protons zooming around the neutron , but this figure is completely wrong. The particles that make up the atoms have no structure, or size, no weight or physical presence. They have no height, length, width or weight, and are nothing more than events in time. They have zero dimensions. Electrons also do not have a singular presence they are both a particle and a wave simultaneously, depending on how they are observed. They are never in a single location at a single moment, and instead exist in several moments at the same time. Scientists also discovered what is known as the ”superposition”.In which several particles aside from electrons can be proven to exist in multiple places at a single moment. What does all this mean?. It means that the more we discover about the subatomic world, the more we discover that we know nothing about the true nature of reality at all.
Many scientists have come to the Copenhagen interpretation as their conclusion for understanding reality. The Copenhagen Interpretation comes from the school of quantum mechanics, and it believes that reality does not exist without an observer to observe it. What gives us physicality if the smallest part of us have no physical characteristics? .As reality is nothing more than energy and the energy is conscious when consciousness is observing it. This can be difficult to understand. Think of it this way: since particles exist in several areas at the same time, they must respond to an observation by choosing to exist in a singular location, allowing the observer to have an image to observe. A growing number of researchers in this field believe that reality exists only because human consciousness wills it to exist, by interacting with energy that makes up the universe.
Another mind-blowing discovery in quantum physics is Entanglement. Entanglements, when pairs of particles have interacted, have affected the spin of the other particle.what’s strange is that once these two particles have become tangled with one another, they can never become untangled.
No matter how far apart they stretch from the other, the other, the spin of one particle will always affect the spin of the other. Researchers have observed this in living cells, communicating over far distances. In one famous experiment, researchers grew algae cells in a petri dish. They then separated these cells into two halves, taking one half to another laboratory. What they found was that no matter how much they separated the two dishes, a low voltage -current applied on one dish would always affects the cells in the other dish in the exact same way at the exact same moment.
How is this possible? Understanding this requires shifting the way we think of the universe. We can no longer think of the universe as a physical realm in which the things we observe and senses all that exists.
Instead, as famous physicist Sir Roger Penrose theorized, we must envision the universe as nothing but information. We must believe that the physical universe is just the product of an abstract universe, in which we all connected in an unobservable way. Information is simply embedded into the physical constructs of the physical states from the abstract realm, first theorized by the Greek philosopher, Plato.
As Erwin Schrodinger famously stated,” What we observe as material bodies and forces are nothing but shapes and variations in the structure of space. Simply put everything is nothing but energy.
As a human being, we are conditioned to hold onto culture, religion, tradition and politics even at the expense of our well being. From these elements our identity is shaped, and how this identity expresses itself is unique to each of us. Only time will tell if this identity is congruent with the essential self. In other words, illusions are learned and then passed on. Without knowing it, we live and express these distorted ideas, practices and patterns that influence our perceptions of reality. And then we point and say, “look that’s reality and in turn create our reality. But upon further exploration, we realize that our perception was the illusion all along not reality itself.
To summon the courage to question or challenges beliefs, assumptions and certainties ushers in a wiser and more mature perspective on reality. It takes experience to no longer mistake one for the other, and with time, life will reflect this distinction.
I believe there are certain questions and realizations you must come to terms with after learning this true state of reality .you could obsess over the implications indefinitely, but there are a few to start you off:
You have never touched anything , and you never will. The electrons that make up your atoms repulse against the electrons of other physical entities ,making it impossible for you to interact with other material at the subatomic level.
If we are not touching anything , then what is that we feel when we” touch”.
How is the world physical that make it have no dimensions?
How is anything real ,and what does real mean?
Is reality determined by physicality?.
Just recently we saw this distinction at play as Egypt and her people discarded their illusion of fear and powerlessness to reclaim their reality for freedom. People around the world are removing the veils at lightning speed –illusions be gone– it’s about time, don’t you think?
This is the ultimate question that has puzzled mankind for as long as we became capable of thinking. Do the thoughts are totally yours?. What is the origin of your thoughts?. Most religions tried to answer these questions and it turned out to be reaching out to infinity. It is one of the most fundamental questions in neuroscience, How do humans think? The answer to all these questions exists in the theory of evolution of human thought. I am not here to discuss the whole theory as neuroscience has already explained it and anyone interested can find it on the internet. what exactly thought is? Thought maybe an idea, an image, a sound or even an emotional feeling that arises from the brain. Can we say a thought is made up of matter?. Actually Thoughts are nothing but a realignment of electrons in the neural network of your brain which is so-called as ‘electrical signals’. The brain uses the energy from the food you intake. So technically, thoughts are not matters, but manipulation of matters using that energy. we are aware of a tiny fraction of the thinking that goes in our minds, and we can control only a tiny part of our conscious thoughts. The vast majority of our thinking effort goes on subconsciously. Only one or two of these thoughts are likely to rift into consciousness at a time. Even deliberate decisions are not completely under our power. Our awareness only sets the start and the end of a goal but leaves the implementation of unconscious mental processes. we exert some power over our thoughts by directing our attention, like a spotlight to focus on something specific. Do we have complete control over our thoughts?.No we can’t control it? So what you can do when your mind gets disturbed by these?. Simply manifest your thoughts in reality. what to do if you get only negative thoughts?. Deal with them they are just thoughts don’t escape from it, where will you go by escaping from it? .The first thing you need to do if you want to put fear and negativity in their place is to become aware of the fact you are thinking and feeling negatively in the first place. This is because when we become more aware of something we have the power to change it!. The more you practice becoming the watcher of your thoughts and emotions, the more quickly you will able to catch and transform them. After you have become aware of the fact that you are thinking negatively, the second step is to recognize that you are feeling the way you are feeling because you are focused on what you don’t want. That’s right. whether you are aware of it or not, you are actually focusing on an outcome that you don’t desire and that’s why you are feeling fearful and crappy!. But this is a good thing. Because when you realize this you also have the power to change it. The more adept you can become at recognizing your negative thoughts when you’re manifesting, the quicker you can change your focus and the more good things you will manifest!. The third step is to ask yourself what is it that I do want instead?. The minute you ask yourself this question and start to formulate an answer in your mind you will begin to feel relief. Because what you have just done is, shift your focus from what you don’t want to what you do want. And immediately the fear and negative thoughts around your manifestations will begin to settle. Now that you know that what it is you want and the negativity have slipped away, the fourth step is to continue to focus on what you want!. There are a number of different ways you can do this, but my favourite is to spend time visualizing the desires. Because the more you feel like your desires are, the more you will change your frequency and draw what you want to you!. And that is how you graduate from Mediocre Manifestor to Mega Manifestor. So do you need any rituals for this?. No, you can do it on your own just follow the above steps and experience the change.

You can make your own belief system . Just go in-depth of your thoughts and believe nothing feels like you are just observing it and absorbing nothing from it. Just go beyond everything don’t accept anything give the name to each and everything by your own belief which you have just made by breaking all blockages of your mind. After this, what all ideas come in your mind or whatever you interpret from the surrounding is all yours now the thoughts you’re getting is only yours.
